At Sissel Lab, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  
  

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  
  

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:
  
  

• Final sale or clearance items
  
  

• Gift cards
  
  

Process

1. Contact our support team at admin@sissellab.ie with your order number and reason for return.
   
   

2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
   
   

3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
   
   

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  
  

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  
  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we sent the wrong or defective item).
  
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available in-store.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
