A shipping cost of €6.99 applies to all orders under €80. Orders over €80 qualify for Free Shipping.

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once your order has been dispatched.
  
  
• During very busy periods (like sales or holidays), deliveries may take a little longer — typically 4–7 working days.
  
  
• We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In most cases, you’ll also receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including: Final sale or clearance items; Gift cards.

• We'll provide you with further instructions.
• Print the shipping label provided and drop your package off at an approved location.
• Please note: unless the item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your return within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. If you haven't received word after this time has passed, contact us at [sissellabdub@gmail.com].

• Exchanges are only available in-store.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
